02 Mar Business Structure Guidance Series: Weekly Practices
Welcome to our fifth post in our Business Structures Series. We share practices we implement in our own business in hopes of facilitating dialogue with other creative, conscious entrepreneurs like you. If inspired, please comment with any questions or additional advice you would like to share on the topic.
Are there certain weekly practices that you recommend?
HARMONIZING WITH NATURAL WEEKLY CYCLES: Supports ease and flow in your business.
We’ve noticed that some days of the week hold more feminine energy and others more masculine energy, yin and yang. We do our best to honor the energy and schedule our weeks in harmony with this flow.
Monday (yin)- Great day for a check in with your business to set the tone for your week, have a clear understanding of your priorities and what you would like to experience, accomplish, and focus on. We use Asana to help us prioritize.
Tuesday (yang)- Get it DID! Tuesdays our focus is on meetings with clients and working through our Asana list of tasks
Wednesday (yin)- No meetings this day. We take time to leisurely work and make time for other activities, errands or rest.
Thursday (yang)- Meetings with clients or initial consultations is the focus.
Friday (yin)- Wrapping up the work*PLAY week. Completing tasks, sending emails. No meetings this day.
Do you follow a weekly flow that supports your business? Anyone following the astrological meanings of each day of the week? If so, please share.
